Instructions:
1. After downloading the zip open and Extract the
file to a directory.
2. Store the file in a directory somewhere on the disk.

3. Press Windows + R to open run.
4. Type regedit and press Enter or click OK.
5. Expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINES and expand SOFTWARE
and expand Microsoft expand Windows expand
CurrentVersion and select Run.
6. Right-click on the right-side and select New->String Value,
provide a name for the string value and the (data) path (Note: The directory path where you stored the Monitor Tool).
7. Once you are done, close Windows Registry.
If you want to test this tool and see if it works on startups,
just perform a restart. That's it folks.
